Founded by two lifelong friends of over 30 years, Root & Reign Co. was born from years of experience, trust, and dedication to helping others feel confident in their crown. One founder is a licensed hairstylist with over 30 years of experience specializing in healthy hair care, growth, and maintenance. The other is an entrepreneur with a strong background in branding, marketing, and beauty.

For years, we talked about creating something bigger than just products. We wanted to build a brand that truly focused on nourishing hair, promoting healthy growth, and helping people feel beautiful naturally. After years of caring for clients’ hair, studying what works, understanding what damages hair, and learning the importance of proper maintenance, the vision for Root & Reign Co. began to take shape.

Rooted in Real Experience

Our hairstylist founder previously worked alongside a local dermatologist in the development of haircare products designed for individuals experiencing hair growth and scalp concerns.  That experience deepened her passion for healthy haircare and inspired an even bigger vision creating a luxury haircare line designed to nourish, strengthen and restore confidence from the inside out.
